Good mooorning! Among the ingredients we have eggs and fruit jam. It looks like an English breakfast, but it’s a signature cocktail.
Gin, cointreau, orange marmalade and lemon juice to an explosion of citrus, egg white to give body, and for those who want to dare even more, a garnish of bacon toasted just right. Cheers!
THERESIANER GIN – 1 ½ oz. (45 ml)
Cointreau – ¾ oz. (22 ml)
Lemon juice – 1 oz. (30 ml)
Orance marmellade – ½ oz. (15 ml)
- Egg white – ¼ oz. (0.5 ml)
Place all the ingredients into the shaker, fill it with ice and shake with energy.
Pour the contents by filtering it with a double strainer, into a previously cooled coupette.
GARNISHING: Orange peel
