This gin is created with the utmost care in every detail, starting from the base, an Italian grain alcohol of the highest quality and cleanliness. The main ingredient, juniper, is distilled separately. Each botanical is carefully selected and infused individually to extract only the best of its flavor profile. Finally, each element is combined in the right balance to create a unique and unmistakable taste.
This production process allows us to dedicate the maximum attention and care to each botanical in order to create a new dimension of taste in the world of gin.

BLENDED BOTANICALS
Hops
In distillation it is used for its aromatic notes and its bitter taste. If well managed in the extraction phase, the bitter note gives length and freshness but also tropical, citrus and floral notes.
Juniper
of Italian origin; Juniper berries contain α-Pinene, which releases a pleasant aroma of pine and rosemary; Myrcene, which is also found in wild thyme and hops and which recalls “earthy scents” such as musk, cloves and strong spicy notes; and Limonene, which gives that lively citric aroma typical of many herbs and spices.
Mandarin
When the peels are dried, they lose their freshness and acquire an interesting sweet and caramelized note. In gins, the mandarin peel is used to balance the citrus note with the sweet one. Mandarin flowers are often used for flavoring vodka and cognac.
Grapefruit
In gin, the characteristic taste of grapefruit almost never makes it emerge as a protagonist, but as a simple botanical unlike lemon and bitter orange.
Cardamom
Very little Cardamom is needed to impart a strong, resinous and slightly refreshing flavor as well as a distinctive sweet spicy flavor, which pairs incredibly well with juniper and coriander. By now it has become increasingly important in the flavoring of modern gins.
