PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY NOTICE
Hausbrandt Trieste 1892 S.p.A. with registered office in Via Foscarini 52 in Nervesa della Battaglia (TV), Italy, as data controller of your personal data (hereinafter “Data Controller”), issues this notice to the Data Subject in compliance with European and Italian regulations on the protection of personal data.
The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who can be contacted by writing to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The Data Controller processes the personal data communicated through this form only to answer to requests submitted, for example to obtain information on products or services (including sending the brochure, catalogue and/or other company information material), to obtain a quote, etc.; consent is therefore not required because the processing is necessary to reply to such requests.
Data retention period
If information is requested, the data will be processed for the time necessary to reply; if a quote is required, however, the data will be processed for a maximum time equal to twice the period of effect of the proposal, without prejudice to the further retention for the time necessary for the settlement (however reached) of any disputes arising.
In any case, for technical/organizational reasons the treatment will last 30 days from the terms indicated above.
Nature of data provision and consequences in case of refusal
The provision of data is strictly related to the use of the contact form and is therefore necessary to forward the information request: failure to communicate, in fact, implies the impossibility to provide the requested information.
Scope of data communication and categories of recipients
The Data Controller will not disclose the data, but the aim is to communicate them to internal persons authorised to process due to their respective tasks, as well as to companies of the Group, professionals or service companies and public and private bodies, also following inspections and verifications.
In the case they should process data on behalf of the Data Controller, these recipients will be designated as data processors with a specific contract or other legal act.
Data transfer to a third country and/or international organisation
Personal data will not be transferred to non-European third countries or to international organisations.
Rights of Data Subjects
The Data subjects have the right to access their personal data and to rectify them if inaccurate, to delete them or insurer restrict their processing if the conditions are met, as well as to obtain the portability of personal data communicated.
To exercise their rights, the Data Subjects may use the form available here and forward it to the Data Controller at the following address: email@example.com. The Data Subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, Data Protection Supervisor (www.garanteprivacy.it).
